Even though I post pictures of the goodies I come up with, I don’t utilize this blog to its full potential. Beginning next week, I will begin perfecting Artisian breads by working my way through Peter Reinhart’s “The Break Baker’s Apprentice.” I hope to not only show you all my capabilities as a baker through photos, but also express my passion for it with some writing.
